Tier S in YogaDownward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
1,379 exercises for every body part — each with a step-by-step 3D animation.
A tier shows how worthwhile an exercise is compared with others of the same type — S is the top pick, D is a supplementary option. It is not difficulty: difficulty (Beginner → Pro) is the dots on each card. A lower tier doesn't mean a bad exercise, just that there are more effective choices.
Yoga: foundational poses that classes are built around and that give several benefits at once — flexibility, strength, balance and breathing (e.g. Sun Salutation, Downward Dog, Warrior II) — rank highest. Active poses score above resting ones; relaxation poses are supplementary.
