Tier A in AerobicsStep Touch with Clap
1,379 exercises for every body part — each with a step-by-step 3D animation.
A tier shows how worthwhile an exercise is compared with others of the same type — S is the top pick, D is a supplementary option. It is not difficulty: difficulty (Beginner → Pro) is the dots on each card. A lower tier doesn't mean a bad exercise, just that there are more effective choices.
Aerobics: moves that use both arms and legs, raise your heart rate well (higher MET) and are staples of aerobic classes rank highest. Light steps are great for warming up and cooling down.
